Svchost and iexplore problem!! Virus !!!?

in my windows task manager i see running about 50 svchost.exe files and about the same number of iexplore files. The number of these files just keeps increasing. Once i close one it apears 2 in it's place. I think i got virus. I cant open any program or internet to download some antivirus. I'm writting from other computer. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Load Ewido and then click the Update tab at the top. Under Manual Update click Start update.

After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")

Click on the Scanner tab at the top and then click on Complete System Scan

You don't say what AV prog you've ran or IF you've ran any "Armor-ware" at all!!!

First, run this online scan in case whatever Armor-ware you have has been disabled by the infection:

Then UNinstall and Reinstall your Armor-ware and UPDATE it!!!
Mayb connect the hard drive with the virus to a pc with an anti-virus and scan it
