System idol process runs cpu 98%?

when i start up my computer and do stuff.. my system idol process always 98% is switching from 0% to 98..100...i have barely anything on here. anyone know any programs that will help me? i got antivirus..anti spam...all that stuff. what can i do to help it?

System Idle (not Idol) is when the CPU is not being utilized.

98 is good. Thats what you want. that means only 2% of your cpu's processing power is being used.
system idle process.... it' means it's idle
System Idle process is how much of your CPU is free XD....

So it means only 2 percent of your CPU is being utilized...

If its at 0% all of your computer's processing power is being used
