I have restarted and run antivirus. Photoshop is the only program i am having a problem with. i'd rather not reinstall. If you think the program is corrupt, can i still upgrade?
When i try to open adobe photoshop, it goes through the initial opening and then closes immediately. help.?antivirus software
What version of Photoshop? Which anti-virus are you running? What's your PC setup? Did Photoshop ever run for you? What other programs do you have running?
Can you give more info?
OK... Exactly how far does Pshop get before it exits? Is it loading plug ins, or reading fonts or what?
Have you tried trashing your preferences? Hold down Ctrl-Alt-Shift while starting Photoshop up. When you get a dialog asking if you want to reset Photoshop to Defaults, click yes. See if that helps.
Has anything changed on your computer? New drivers or programs... updates?
