How i can resolve this?

yesterday in my desktop toolbar i see i icon red icon that is always moving and said system alert ,malware threats etc ,when i click in this icon ,it is open a site www.spyprush.com but i never installed this program because i have already an antivirus viruscan enterprise of McAFee , and i update this antivirus and its ok ,that means that i dont have virus or malware ,spyware ,why i see that another red icon ,and how can i remove it from my toolbar desktop ?
