it does show up on add and remove you must push updates on top of add and remove programs!

go to change and remove programs its on there!

windows liveone care acts as an antivirus program too, so you cannot use two antivirus programs on the same computer, they they will either conflict or duplicate viruses

So you have to remove one
You should only have one antivirus on a system. Get rid of one of them.
Tell him to go to System restore (programs, Accessories, System Tools) and go back to before he installed it.

Then get him to remove Norton and download AVG free. It is much better as it doesn't clash with every new thing you put on the PC and it's free.

He might even be able to put his program back on.
