Computer help!!!?

I have adds that keep popping up on my computer. These are the programs I use mcafee '07 aol internet security suite both for antivirus and I do not use them at the same time I have one off and then use the other. I use the aol powered by kaspersky 24/7 and then mcafee every week. I use spybot and adware 6.0. I update frequently and run at least every week, but these pop ups stating my computer is affected is driving me nuts. Do I need another program? What is this? Malware, spyware, or adware? Any of you been there? Help me!!!

i would try ewido antispyware ... run a firewall .. if somthing is still living on ur machine try hijack-this to kill it ..

After scanning your pc, how did they say? Did they catch any malware?

I am sure your Internet Browser is infected as well.

I advise you use only one Anti_virus software or Internet Security software, and use both at the same time.

To solve your problem, I need some more detail.

When did you get those pop up? For example, starting your pc? or whenever you go to web? or everytime?

sounds like spyware, if spybot is updated, it should pick it up, but some could be from aol. kinda famous for spyware. try hijackthis, from majorgeeks.com becareful what you delete.
Yep download Spybot search and destroy from http://www.spybot.info it's the best at ridding you of malware.

Install it, update it, immunize then check for problems.
depending on what sites you go on, you need to use spyware/anti virus more than weekly, you should think about daily.

Also, you shouldnt have too many AV or Spyware programs as they start to conflict.

Only have either Spybot 'or' Adaware open, and if your AOL has inbuilt Kaspersky it won't need McAfee as well, also keep in mind if you have a Router then it will usually have an inbuilt AV as well.
