W32.rontokbro@mm how to remove it completely?

My computer, windows 2000 was effected with w32.rontokbro@mm virus and I removed it using symantec antivirus. But when I starts the system it shows 1) Acess to c:\Documents and Settings\All users|Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Startup.exe is denied.

2) Access to c:\Windows\KesenanganSosial.exe is denied.

3) Access to C:\Documents and Setttings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Startup.exe is denied.

After that a notification comes "symantec antivirus autoprotect disabled."

Can any one can give me a step by step instruction on how to tackle this problem?

on my forum i ahve step by step instruction how to properly remove a virus.. what's hs face is basically right but he forgot to tell you safe boot. i have simplified it in my forum post. deleteing it's reg key isn't necassary unless you can't delete it the proper way..
