Computer Help!!!!!?

I am trying to install a antivirus that I bought and it is telling me that it is incompatiable with a program that is already on my computer and to go to add/remove programs to remove it. When I go there I cant find it. It is called etrust EZ Antivirus. Does anyone know how I can remove it? Is it under a different name?

EZ Antivirus is part of EZ Armor, aka eTrust EZ Armor.

Check under Start%26gt;Programs%26gt;eTrust EZ Armor%26gt;EZ Antivirus%26gt;Uninstall.

However, if it was already uninstalled, and was not done correctly, there could be fragments of the program still on your system that the new AV is seeing as a conflict. In that event, your best bet is to reinstall eTrust, to get the whole thing back on, then use its uninstall program (as above) to remove it correctly. Be sure to restart windows after uninstalling it, before trying to install the new AV.

You may have to do a search. Or, you can try windows explorer to find it and delete it that way. I have run into that and it can be a real pain to solve. Good luck.
