Anti-virus question?

which is the least resource dependent anti-virus? or what is a good practice for your anti-virus program?

here is the thing. I use a mac and dont need antivirus but a buddy does and I couldnt give him a good enough answer. Mcafee seems to take over the system. What files/folder would you exclude to decrease its resources dependencies? does anyone else have a problem with their machine crawling after installing such programs? What did you do to resolve it?

Anti-virus question?norten

I would definitely recommend Avira AntiVir, it is a great program that out does Mcafee and Norton, even in its free version!! It is also one of the lightest AntiViruses out there. To get it click on it's name in the antivirus article of this website. http://www.etech.co.nr

the least resource dependent anti-virus is Nod32 nothing like it - tell your mate to try the free trial.
